End-to-End Workflow

What is End-to-End Workflow?

The company connects the steps of one customer job inside its offering, so work, data and context carry from one step to the next instead of being re-entered or handed across separate tools and vendors.

How End-to-End Workflow works

Shared context removes duplicate entry, handoffs and the gaps where work gets lost. A customer who adopts the product for one step finds the next step already there, and the more complete workflow becomes the default for the whole job.

The question to ask of a company

What is the customer's job, which of its steps does the offering connect, what did customers use before for those steps, and what evidence shows they used the connected steps together?
